WELCOME TO THE INDEPENDENT SPEAKER

Today, June 19, 2020, I have decided to embark on a new endeavor, or a personal quest, or I am just looking to vent. This blog is designed for me to share my thoughts, musings, and ideas. Obviously, this is an unusual time, as we are in the midst of a global pandemic, social challenges concerning policing and racial interactions, and a tumultuous political climate. This blog will reference topics concerning politics, sports, history, comedy, entertainment, and culture. Right now, the audience is presumably only me. However, if you actually enjoy what I have to share, or even if you don't agree with anything that I write or put forth, but want to get different perspectives aside from your own or other media sources outside your comfort zone, this will hopefully be the place to come. I will not necessarily offer any wisdom or contribute to the betterment of mankind, but this is the first step on perhaps an interesting journey.
